ASSUMPTION COLLEGEDescription: The Program is for students who have earned their bachelor's degree and want to complete the courses required for admission to a program in the health sciences. Qualified students enroll as special, non-degree, students in the College's undergraduate courses. Students who enter the Program are advised by the chairperson of the Preprofessional Committee. Eligibility: Applicant must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university, with at least a B minus average for undergraduate studies, or evidence of strong academic potential. Duration: It usually takes one or two years to complete the required courses. Finances: Registration and course fees are designated by the Registrar. Students are eligible for a Stafford loan each year. Application must be made through the Financial Aid Office. Application Deadline: August 15 for the fall; January 6 for spring. Contact:
